1. Why we have a Code of Ethics
Funstorming is a learning and collaboration community built on play, creativity and trust. This Code sets out the values we expect everyone — members, participants, coaches and the team — to uphold across all our Spaces (website, 100-Quest, Discord/FunCamps, What The Fun events, and any Decentraland presence). It complements, and is read together with, our Content Policy and Terms & Conditions.
2. Our values
Respect
Treat everyone with dignity and courtesy. Disagree with ideas, never attack people. Harassment, discrimination and intimidation have no place here.
Inclusion
Everyone is welcome regardless of background, identity, ability or experience level. We make space for newcomers and for different points of view.
Integrity
Be honest. Do not deceive, plagiarise, manipulate or misrepresent yourself or others. Give credit where it is due and keep the commitments you make to the community.
Safety
Help keep the community safe. Protect others’ privacy, do not share personal data without consent, and never create content that endangers anyone — with absolute zero tolerance for anything that harms or sexualises children.
Playfulness with responsibility
Fun is central to Funstorming, but not at someone else’s expense. Humour should include, not humiliate.
Stewardship
Look after shared Spaces and resources. Use the community’s tools, content and goodwill fairly, and help leave things better than you found them.
3. What we expect from you
- Assume good faith and engage constructively.
- Follow the Content Policy and the rules of each platform you use with us.
- Speak up or report when something is wrong, rather than retaliating.
- Respect intellectual property and confidentiality.
4. What you can expect from us
- Clear, fairly enforced rules applied consistently and in good faith.
- Care for your privacy and your data, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- A genuine effort to keep the community safe, welcoming and worth your time.
5. Living the Code
Breaches of this Code may be handled under our Content Policy and Terms (warnings, suspension or removal). If you have a concern, an idea, or need to report something, contact info@funstorming.com. This Code may evolve with the community; the current version is always on the Website.
