AI Adoption for Companies: From Business Model to Daily Practice
FunBot is Funstorming's AI adoption programme for companies. We start with where AI actually changes your business model, turn that into a product and service strategy, build the workflows your teams use every day, and lead the change so it survives the first busy month.
Most AI programmes stop at the tool
Licences get bought, a pilot runs, and six months later the way the work happens is unchanged. That is because adoption is treated as a training problem when it is three problems at once: which parts of your business AI should change, what that means for what you sell and how you deliver it, and how people are led through the shift. FunBot works on all three, then builds the workflows on your real tasks.
How the engagement runs
1 · Business model
Where AI changes how you create and capture value: which activities, which costs, which offers. You leave with an opportunity map, scored by value and by how hard it is to do.
2 · Product strategy
What the top opportunities mean for what you sell: what changes for the customer, what stays human, what it does to pricing and delivery, and what to test first.
3 · AI workflows
Building the thing: prompts, assistants and no-code automations on your team's real tasks, with clear rules on data, review and who decides.
4 · Change management
Making it normal: champions in each team, weekly 20-minute quests, manager check-ins and a simple measure of what is actually being used, reviewed at 30, 60 and 90 days.
AI is the muscle. You are the brains.
AI does the repetitive lifting. Your people set the direction, judge the output and own the decision. The programme is led by Dean, whose AI work is grounded in an executive programme covering business model transformation, change management and product strategy, and it runs on the PDCR loop (Play, Do, Check, Repeat), so what is decided in a workshop is still running three months later.
What you walk away with
An AI opportunity map
Where AI creates value in your business, ranked by value and effort, with the parts to leave alone named as clearly as the parts to change.
A product and service decision
What changes for your customers, what stays human, what it means for pricing and delivery, and the one pilot worth running first.
Working AI workflows
Prompts, assistants and small no-code automations running on real tasks, with a shared library and agreed rules on data and review.
An adoption plan that holds
Champions in each team, a weekly practice rhythm, manager check-ins and a 30/60/90-day review, so the new way of working survives the busy months.
Frequently asked questions
What is FunBot?+
FunBot is Funstorming's AI adoption programme for companies. It runs in four stages: where AI changes your business model, what that means for your products and services, the workflows your teams will actually use, and the change management that makes them stick.
How is FunBot different from AI Companion?+
AI Companion sells ready-made AI agents that take over specific tasks straight away. FunBot is the bigger piece of work: deciding where AI belongs in your business, then building and embedding the workflows around it. Many companies use both, agents to free up time and FunBot to change how the work is done.
Which AI tools do you work with?+
The ones you already pay for, such as Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, plus common no-code automation tools. We are tool-neutral and do not resell licences, so the skills and the workflows transfer when you change tools.
How much does FunBot cost?+
It depends on which stages you need, how many teams take part and how long the programme runs. Book an AI fit call and we will send you a tailored proposal.
Do we have to do all four stages?+
No. Most companies join where they are. If the licences are already bought and nothing has changed, we start at the workflow stage. If AI is still an open question on the strategy table, we start at the business model. The sequence stays the same, only the entry point changes.
How do you handle data and risk?+
Before anything is built we agree what data may go into which tools, where a human has to review the output, and who signs off. Those rules are written down and fitted to the policies you already have. We are not lawyers and we do not audit your compliance: we make the everyday practice safe and explicit.
