FunLab focuses on a project and its decisions, using Problem Solving quests. FunJob focuses on how people work together, using Collective Intelligence quests: listening, trust, feedback and leadership.

From a leadership team of five to a full department. For larger groups we use formats like the fishbowl so everyone takes part.
