A tutorial library is a shared collection of short (around two minutes) screen-recorded how-to videos that answer your team's recurring "how do I do X?" questions. You make each one by recording your screen while you do the task once and talking through it — far faster than writing a doc, and far easier to follow than a wall of text.

To reach inbox zero, process each email with a single decision — delete, do (if under two minutes), delegate, or defer to a clear next action — instead of re-reading messages and leaving them to pile up. "Zero" means an empty inbox, not an empty to-do list: you're sorting, not finishing everything at once.
To build a team glossary, collect the acronyms, tool names, and internal terms people use daily, then write a one-line plain-language definition for each in a single shared document. Done once and kept open, it ends the quiet confusion where two people use the same word to mean different things — and saves new hires weeks of decoding.

To spot fake news sources, stop reading the article and start checking the source: who published it, do other independent outlets report the same thing, what's the original evidence, and is the date current?
